PRODUCT RETURNS
As a general rule, all sales of our event carpets and rugs are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. This policy ensures the integrity of our products and allows us to maintain the high standards our customers expect.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we'll do our best to work with you. If you have a unique circumstance that requires special consideration, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll review your request and determine if an exception can be made.

Please note that any custom-ordered or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the damage.

Please note that normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation or handling, does not qualify for a return or refund.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting the delivery date or modifying the quantity, please email shop@reznickcarpets.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee availability or pricing changes.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the transaction. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
